Trusted, approachable advisor for contractors, developers, architects, and owners navigating the complexities of construction projects — with more than a decade at some of the nation's top law firms.
Background
Jeanne Harrison is the founding attorney of Harrison Litigation Team, PLLC — a trusted, approachable advisor for contractors, developers, architects, and owners navigating the complexities of construction projects. Over more than a decade at some of the nation's top law firms, she built a practice centered on construction and business litigation, and she brings that experience — paired with a genuine understanding of the people and projects behind every build — to every dispute and transaction she handles.
Jeanne guides clients through the full lifecycle of a project, from contract negotiation and risk management to dispute resolution and litigation — drafting and negotiating AIA and custom construction contracts, managing claims involving delays, defects, and payment disputes, representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and court, and advising on regulatory compliance and lien enforcement.
Jeanne earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she focused on construction and real estate law. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, and several other jurisdictions, and frequently speaks at industry conferences on construction risk, contract strategy, and project delivery methods.
